“All times and places, existing simultaneously.” ~ Costa Gavaris

“The multiverse is a hypothetical group of multiple universes. Together, these universes comprise everything that exists: the entirety of space, time, matter, energy, information, and the physical laws and constants that describe them. The different universes within the multiverse are called "parallel universes", "other universes", "alternate universes", or "many worlds".” ~ Wikipedia

Multiverse is a multi-vintage blend of red and amber wines, masquerading as a light red. This wine is everything and nothing, and all spaces and times in between. It represents what’s possible what you let go of all constraints, preconceived notions, and limiting beliefs - and allow yourself to glide into flow, guided by the limitless sources of creativity and inspiration surrounding you in each moment.

This wine loves being limitless and undefinable

Drink this and contemplate the nature of reality

Winemaker Notes

The last time we made this wine, we really didn’t make it at all. We always felt more like we found it. It was hiding, waiting for us to notice it – dispersed in various vessels in our cellar. When a wine is emergent from a random, yet specific conflation of constraints and opportunities – when a big part of the process is a lack of intention, then it is really impossible to make that wine again.

However, against our presupposition that this incredibly unique, weird, roundabout process of making a light red wine would only be appreciated by a niche group of wine nerds, it turned out to be the darling of the vintage, attracting many enthusiastic fans who have been requesting that we try again.

And so, after a year of listening, we are trying again. We allowed this wine to sneak up on us. We had no intention of making it this year. But, when the right potential bits manifested, we were listening. Like last time this wine is a blend of two co-ferments, one red and one amber. Unlike last time, this wine comes completely from the 2022 vintage. The red component is a Merlot, Cabernet Franc co-ferment, and it is blended with 20% Bifrost (Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer). The result is highly familiar to the original non-vintage Multiverse. That wine developed beautifully in bottle finding layers and layers of harmony, and we are super excited to see if this new vintage does the same trick.
